Season’s Greetings from

Thank you for your support of INCIGHT!  Our team knows there is plenty of work remaining in addressing our many societal needs and challenges. After years of incremental societal progress for those with disabilities, many barriers are continuing to persist for INCIGHT and those we serve. The latest Bureau of Labor Stats show only 19.1% of people with disabilities aged 16 and over are employed compared with 63.7% with no disability.

Why has progress been so slow in “Unlocking Potential”? INCIGHT’s mission statement, “Changing hearts and minds,” speaks to why. We believe this statement is as relevant today as any other point in time. We need to break down societal stigma while laying the foundation for those with disabilities to better “leverage the obstacles” they face in the workplace.

Despite lingering pandemic challenges, our team made important changes, created a new organizational strategy and seized the moment to do things differently. Incight sees significant opportunities ahead to thrive and pursue our work.
